XQ140-12 oil pipe tong is designed and made according to the Power tongs for petroleum drilling and well servicing of the petroleum and natural gas industry standards (SY/T5074-2004) of  P.R.China.

2. Equipment Composition And Main Performance Discription.

Master tong is drived by hydraulic motor which matches hand-directional valve. The structure is precise , compact and portable.Hydraulic backup tong and master tong compose combination tong.when you operate hand-directional valve,at first the back-up tong will clamp or loosen the pipe ,then master tong clamp or loosen the pipe automatically.Rack plunger is adopted to transmit ,it has precise transmission and compact construction.Both master tong and backup tong are negative camber roller climbing bidirectional clamping mechanism.it just need to turn the diverter buttion of the master tong and backup tong 180 degree when you want change the clamp direction.Clamping and loosening is in time and reliable.Master tong head has top and button ,inside and outside centralizer institutions ,making the rotating stabilized and service life long.Integranted electromagnetic relief valve may be equipped for power tong according to customer’s needs.it provide overload protection When hydraulic system pressure is higher than rated pressure of the tong,or hydraulic system relief valve is invalid.Professional torque pressure gauge or torque control system may be equipped for power tong according to customer’s needs,which can monitor the torque in real time.Automatic open-close door unit is equipped,its baffle has simple structure ,strong board.It has longer service life,better secutity and is difficult to damage.
